Nikki Williams

A three-sport athlete in her youth and a collegiate athlete in two sports. Williams was a record-setting goalie for the women’s lacrosse team at St. Lawrence University and was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. She has coached at all levels, including collegiate, and received the US Lacrosse Youth Excellence Award for Girls’ Coach of the Year in 2009. Coach Williams has been the head of the Girls’ Lacrosse program at Latin since 2012-2013, and earned NCISAA State Titles in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2019. She has filled several roles within the Latin field hockey program and became the JV girls’ basketball assistant coach in 2022-23. Williams was selected as the Charlotte Observer's 2023 Girls' Lacrosse Coach of the Year. She also received the Newcomer of the Year award at the 2013 Hawkspy Awards and the Coach of the Year award in 2020. Coach Williams works as a member of the Latin Marketing and Communications staff and is the CLS webmaster.

Prior to coming to Charlotte, she worked as a consutant for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. She worked closely with them on developing youth programs at Boys and Girls Club around the world.

Cecilia Armour

With nearly three decades of experience in education and sports, Cecilia Armour brings a rich blend of leadership, instructional expertise, and operational insight to her role at Charlotte Multisport Athletes. Originally from Scotland, Cecilia has served in diverse roles—Chief Academic Officer, Head of School, Principal, literacy and math coach, PE teacher,classroom teacher, and Executive Director of a Non Profit. Known for her strategic mindset and clear, compassionate communication, she has led schools and programs with purpose and impact.

Cecilia is also the founder and owner of Highland Scholars, a tutoring service that offers personalized academic support in reading, math, and executive functioning. Her vision for Highland Scholars is rooted in her belief in mastery learning and her dedication to supporting both neurotypical and neurodivergent students.

Her commitment to youth development extends beyond the classroom and into the world of sports. A former PE teacher and lifelong athlete, Cecilia entered the lacrosse world as a supportive parent and quickly became a passionate coach. She has coached  youth lacrosse and JV Field Hockey.  Her athletic background includes competitive experience in field hockey, netball, badminton (where she was ranked #3 nationally in high school), and track and field—shaping a well-rounded, holistic coaching approach.

Cecilia Armour is a dedicated educator, business owner, and coach who blends academic excellence with a deep passion for youth development. Her work continues to shape the lives of students and athletes alike.
